VOLTEX FRP hood is about 6kg unpainted and our Wet Carbon hood is about 6kg painted. This lightweight version is unpainted and weighs about 4kg, yet is very sturdy.
The molding method is called infusion. The front and back are molded with 100% carbon and epoxy resin. The texture of the carbon fiber has the same appearance as dry carbon fiber.
